These terms describe use of Angelica McCallister’s educational website. They do not replace a lender agreement, credit-services contract or required consumer disclosures.
Education and readiness checks
Content and free results help you understand credit, finances and homeownership preparation. Results are based on self-reported information and are not verified underwriting decisions. Credit score alone does not determine mortgage eligibility.
Angelica’s NMLS status is not yet active. This site does not originate mortgage loans or issue approvals, preapprovals or financing commitments. An appropriately licensed mortgage professional or lender determines financing eligibility and terms.
No promised outcomes
There is no guaranteed credit-score increase, deletion of accurate information, mortgage approval or financial result. Individual circumstances, reporting responses and lender decisions vary. Seek appropriately qualified professional advice for your needs.
Optional support and purchases
The free analysis requires no purchase or call. The $47 Blueprint is described as a personalized educational action-plan product, but its checkout and delivery are not currently active. No order is created merely by visiting the checkout or order-status page.
Golden Tier Consulting provides credit-repair work free of charge. The described six-month $1,500 program concerns financial advising, monthly consultations and one-on-one support. Any service, cancellation, remedy or lawful payment arrangement must be governed by the actual provider’s written agreement and applicable law. This website does not enroll you into that program or collect its payment.
Read Your Consumer Rights before considering credit services. Nothing in these website terms waives statutory rights or permits prohibited advance credit-repair fees.
External links and real estate partners
Partner, scheduling, social-media and SmartCredit links take you to services with separate terms. Contact a partner directly to verify their offerings. Links are not guarantees, endorsements of a financing outcome or permission to share your financial documents.
Responsible use and content ownership
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse forms or submit another person’s information without permission. Brand photographs, logos and original materials remain the property of their respective owners; do not reuse them commercially without authorization.
Availability and updates
Content may change and the website or third-party services may be temporarily unavailable. We aim for accurate information but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. These terms do not limit protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
